Onion is one of the oldest vegetables and edible summer vegetables in the world and in Iran. There are different types of onions, such as white onions, purple onions, red onions, or a mixture of red and purple. Onions are currently grown in all parts of the world, but it is said to have originated in Iran and Afghanistan and from there to other parts of the world.
