Bell Pepper

The bell pepper is the fruit of plants in the Grossum cultivar group of the species Capsicum annuum. Cultivars of the plant produce fruits in different colours, including red, yellow, orange, green, white, and purple. Bell peppers are sometimes grouped with less pungent pepper varieties as “sweet peppers”.

Bell Pepper is an anticancer drug. Pepper can be used to treat cancer and even to prevent the disease. Research has shown that capsais in pepper act as an anti-toxic compound and prevents carcinogenic compounds in the body and prevent the formation of malignant tumors in the body.

In addition, this vegetable is rich in antioxidant compounds such as vitamin C and carotene. The abundant amounts of vitamin C in peppers cause this vegetable to treat colds. As the regular consumption of this vegetable in the food program, it reduces the severity and duration of the cold and is a friend of heart and health and anti-aging.
